Shipping and Delivery of Products

Your ordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and holidays). If this isn't possible, for example, because products are temporarily out of stock, or if your information is incomplete, you will be notified by email or phone.

It is not possible to request a specific delivery time, an appointment, or to be notified by the courier before delivery. If you are unable to receive your order at home, please provide an alternative delivery address (neighbor, concierge, workplace, relative, friend, etc.).
Delivery is made at street level. The name of the person or company you enter on the order form must match exactly what is shown on the intercom or doorbell.

Packaging and shipping are carried out with the utmost care and attention, but if something is not satisfactory, please let us know.


Shipping costs for all of Italy are €9.90 (plus a € 4 cash on delivery fee if you choose this payment method). The shipping cost will be displayed in real time on the order form based on your shipping and payment options, allowing you to immediately assess the total cost.
For orders of €99.00 or more, we cover postage costs! (Cash on delivery fee excluded).

If you are absent, or if the address is incomplete or incorrect, the order will be held at the courier's premises, and you can request a second delivery attempt or collect it in person within 7 days.


Invoicing: Your shipment will be accompanied by an order summary or an invoice, only if requested at the time of ordering (by selecting the appropriate box on the order form and specifying your billing address). Invoices will not be issued after your order has been shipped.
